> Consistantly clean the lint catcher in your dryer and the exhaust hose / pipe. A partial blocked or clogged dryer exhaust not only reduces your dryer's efficiency, but is also a major fire hazard. Simply loosen the hose clamp with the appropriate screwdriver or socket. Next remove the exhaust from the back of the dryer. Completely clear out all large and small clumps of lint from the inside using a coat hanger and a vacuum cleaner. Vacuum. It reattach, simply reverse your steps.
> Regularly change the water filter in your refrigerator. If the filter for your drinking water has expired, you May be exposing yourself to harmful impurities and contaminants. The frequency of replacing them will depend on the make and model. See manufacturers guide.
> Examine Your Washers Hoses. Nearly 99% of the time there is a flood from a washing machine, its due is leaky hoses. Check for cracks, frays and or weak spots on hoses. Also look near the fitting (where they attach to the machine and water source) for leaks.
